P.A. Siboro membaktikan hidupnya dengan berkarir di bidang kesehatan
sejak tahun 1960 di Bandung hingga saat ini kembali di Bandung. Beliau
mendapat sertifikasi Pengatur Rawat dari Depkes RI tahun 1963, dan
Registered Nurse dari negara bagian Victoria, Australia pada tahun 1987.
Dalam karirnya beliau telah melakukan mulai dari pengobatan dengan
fasilitas minim di Kalimantan pada tahun 60an hingga pengobatan dengan
fasilitas sangat modern dan lengkap di PT Caltex Pacific Indonesia
(sekarang Chevron) pada tahun 80an hingga 90an. Jabatan formal terakhir
beliau adalah Chief of Nursing Officer dan Chief of Expertise Nurse.
Sejak pensiun dari jabatan formal di tahun 1995, hingga kini beliau
aktif mengajar masyarakat umum mengenai prinsip-prinsip kesehatan
praktis, salah satunya dengan menggunakan arang aktif. Beliau
menerjemahkan banyak buku, dan juga adalah penulis buku "Arang Obat Ajaib".
